For some, seeking therapy begins with physical symptoms that cannot be explained by a medical condition.<\/p>\n<p>Therapy is not about finding quick answers or eliminating every difficulty. Rather, it offers a space to pause, reflect, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Choosing this name is also a way of staying connected to my Greek roots and to a philosophical tradition that values curiosity, self-reflection, and the lifelong exploration of what it means to be human.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nexus<\/strong> represents connection.
