Online psychological support for adults

Life can become overwhelming in ways that are not always easy to explain.

You may be struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, burnout, grief, low self-esteem, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself. Whatever brings you here, therapy offers an opportunity to better understand your experiences and develop new ways of responding to life’s challenges.

Based in the Netherlands, I provide psychological support for adults in English and Greek through online sessions. My therapeutic approach is grounded in integrative, client-centred psychotherapy. Because every person is unique, the therapeutic process is shaped by your individual experiences, needs, and goals, rather than following a predefined model.

You don't need to have all the answers.
Sometimes the most important step is recognising the need for support.

Why do people seek therapy?

What can therapy offer? There is no single answer, just as there is no single “right” reason to begin. For some, the reason is clear: a difficult life event, anxiety, stress, or relationship difficulties. For others, it is simply the feeling that something no longer feels quite right, or that the path they are following no longer feels truly their own. For some, seeking therapy begins with physical symptoms that cannot be explained by a medical condition.

Therapy is not about finding quick answers or eliminating every difficulty. Rather, it offers a space to pause, reflect, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. It is a space where you don’t have to carry your struggles alone, and where, at your own pace, you can begin to approach them with greater understanding and self-compassion. Through this process, it can become clearer what truly matters to you and how you would like to move forward.

The word Psi derived from the Greek word psyche refers to the soul, the essence of who we are. The word Nexus represents the point where different dimensions of life meet, interact and connect – even through challenges.
Whether the goal is to manage anxiety, process difficult experiences, improve relationships, or foster personal growth, this approach creates a therapeutic path that adjusts to the person—rather than expecting the person to fit into a predefined method.

The Integrative Approach

Integrative Psychotherapy is a flexible and holistic approach that brings together different therapeutic methods to meet each person with understanding, exactly where they are.

Why PsiNexus?

The name PsiNexus reflects the values at the heart of my work and the way I understand people, therapy, and the process of change.

Psi, derived from the Greek word psyche, represents the mind, the soul, and our inner world. Choosing this name is also a way of staying connected to my Greek roots and to a philosophical tradition that values curiosity, self-reflection, and the lifelong exploration of what it means to be human.

Nexus represents connection. Our thoughts, emotions, relationships, experiences, and values do not exist in isolation—they continually influence one another, shaping how we experience ourselves and the world around us. At times, these connections become difficult to recognise, particularly when life feels overwhelming or we find ourselves living according to expectations that no longer feel like our own.

To me, therapy is a process of gently exploring these connections. It is not about becoming someone different, but about reconnecting with yourself and discovering parts of yourself that may have been forgotten, overlooked, or never fully explored. A journey of exploration and transformation is deeply personal and not always easy, but it becomes more accessible when shared. If you’re ready to take the first step, I’ll be here to walk alongside you.
